I haven't ran since wednesday! I've been itching to get out and run, but I have been having terrible neck pains! It hurts to even move it! I must have slept on it wrong or something, because I woke up wednesday morning, and I was sore in the back of my neck bad! Oh well, hopefully it will heal soon so I can ease my way back into training for this coming springs track season
