Since I live in such an isolated place (wink, wink) Finding loops or places to run to is hard. But I have a couple loops I do, And this one you'll see me doing a lot. It's a 3.3 mile loop (just short of a 5k) and I run it mostly on weekdays (monday-friday). I ran it today, but forgot my watch. So far, my best on that loop is a 28:16, and I don't run it that hard at all. I think it is average, considering the fact I run competetive 3k's in cross country.
